Refund policy

Returns policy at Stregani, we operate on a made-to-order basis. This means every item is crafted specifically upon order, helping us reduce waste and avoid unnecessary stock.

Eligible returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date. Returns are only eligible if the item is damaged upon arrival. Items must be returned in their original packaging and must not show signs of wear or use. 

Items will not be accepted for items that show wear and tear, have been used, or are not in their original packaging. If you believe you’ve received a damaged item, please contact us promptly at contact@stregani.co.uk with photos and order details.
